Behind Every Man...

As women, the only thing we should be holding back is our “virginity.” At least until the right MAN enters our life.  And not just the right man, but the one sent by God with a ring in hand - a symbol that he is READY to commit to you and submit to GOD. How can we possibly submit ourselves to someone who will not submit to God?

Behind every good man should be not only a good woman, but a Godly woman. We were created to be helpmates and with that title comes the spirit of “giving.”

* This means (married or single) we should be giving of self, i.e., resources, talents, gifts, finances, time and the like…

We are also called to give generously and cheerfully. We cannot do any of these things when there is bitterness, anger, resentment, strife, envy, jealousy and low self-esteem.

Ask the Father to unpack any baggage that you may have from your past so that you can have a fresh start…a new beginning and a servant’s heart – not out of obligation, but out of LOVE.

King David was a man after God’s own heart…my desire is to be a female version of the same.

I totally agree Butterfly. However I think the days for marriage and family is going in the opposite direction and people will be the worst off for it.
Today women marry at 40 so they don;t dream and wait for the right guy. Guys are also not gentlemen anymore. They say you want equality then be equal. The language has changed, behavior has changed. Its all not very good.
It's good the way you said it.
More respectful, honest, loving
Our loss.

Yes, David was a King and a man after God's own heart and one of my fave subjects and stories in the Bible. I believe we all have some David within us, as far as worship of God and admitting to Him that we are woeful sinners.

I truly believes God discerns and understands.

In our culture/society, we just dont have as many role models, women of wisdom, Godly influences, etc...

My grandmother passed many years ago, and by God's grace, I have met a few good women with grace and wisdom. I have listened and learned more over the past few years than I thought possible. I am determined to set "an example" in hopes that at least one soul is affected by my actions. Words are powerful, but "walking the walk..." now that speaks volumes!

Love does heal. I'm proof of that. I was so bruised, used, broken and lost. Not anymore. By His stripes, I AM HEALED!
