Try wanting what you ALREADY have...

I wish that there were at least one person who would forgive my past and love me unconditionally

I wish that I were blessed with two healthy children; a girl and a boy

I wish that every time my gran-girls, nieces and nephews greeted me I felt just as popular as the celebrities walking on the red carpet

I wish that I could forgive the past and build an adult, loving relationship with my mom

I wish that I could find my birth father and discover that I have a brother

I wish that I had four beautiful sisters with each adding their own uniqueness to my life

I wish that I could let go of the love-hate relationship that I have with my scale and focus on being a size healthier like Queen Latifah

I wish that I could let of the myth “the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach" and realize that although I’m not "Rachael Ray", I do clean one hell of a house

I wish that I could use my words and creativity to make personalized greeting cards and invitations and then have the courage to sell them

I wish that I were single so that I could take the necessary time to openly and honestly evaluate my failed relationships and the role that I played

I wish that I saw the advantages of having “daily” quiet time to nurture and strengthen my spiritual growth and personal development

I wish that I were blessed with a job that comfortably provided a roof over my head and at least three meals a day

I wish that I could make a difference in the life of at least one person before I leave this earth
