A Butterfly's Birthday

The below quote is found in a book that I hold dear. It’s titled “Simple Abundance” by Sarah Ban Breathnach. It’s a great tool for living an authentic life. It surely has helped me toward personal growth.  I bought it in 1996 and am still experiencing epiphany moments. I love when that happens.

Lovely July –
"With the evocative murmur of honey bees on the wing and the smell of sun tan cream."
-Cynthia Wickham

My dad said that if he could sell my smile, he’d be a millionaire. Is that the sweetest thing you’ve ever heard or what?

It’s almost my birthday and I'll be out of town.  I wanted to post a little something to have as a keepsake for my future blog book. This will make the 5th Birthday that I’ve celebrated with my blog friends. Lucky me!

Sure hope that you are basking in the simple pleasures of summer.

LOVE and PEACE

Hello beautiful friends.
Thank you for stopping by :)
Myriam I am finally finished packing. I must say, it was challenging. It was difficult stuffing all that winter stuff into my suitcases. I'm leaving really early in the morning so I went to put them in the trunk today the heat hit me in the face. Lol
Thank you for complimenting my hair. I love it too! That's the fun part about being a girl...changing our hair as well as our minds. :)

Sam I am happy to c u. Praying that we can meet at the half way mark for coffee before fall. Lol
We need to fellowship and catch up! Thank you for noticing my hair. Women love when that happens. Lol

Keith if I knew you were going to stop by, I would have surely made reservations. Lol

Toia my sweet sister, thank you for the birthday wishes. The "glow" is the favor that Our God continuously shows on my life. It's so very true...when we delight ourselves in Him, he does give us the desires of our heart.
Psalm 37:4-5

I have truly received one blessing after another...to include countless meaningful friendships!

* on a side note...
Above your comment, it was supposed to say love, peace and blessings. I have no idea what "Pesci" means but I'm getting ready to look it up in Webster's. Lol

Love you lots!!!
And again, I loved the prayer from your blog. He is my strength and my song all day long.

Hello Knicks Fan.

Thanks for the love and the compliments. Just arrived in Alaska and seated in a local coffee shop. Deleting some e-mails to make room for more photos. I want to capture every breathtaking moment.

Love and peace to you my friend.

Hey FSB, checking on you...Hope you're continuing to enjoy your vacation cruise.

Be still my heart...someone is checking on me. Lol

That touches me more than you know. I remember when I used to be a workaholic and driving home late one night wondering if anyone cared. Working hard was all I knew so my family was used to not hearing from me.

So not that girl anymore. Yay!

Thanks Don.

I'm almost home. The trip was AMAZING. Stuck in the airport but smiling like a little girl. Lol

Love and peace
