The coolest thing ever...

Am I the only one?  Has anyone out there turned their blog into a book yet?  Google is simply amazing.  I logged on just before Hurricane Irene came to town and Google led me to a site that turns your blog into a book.  (Creat your blog book here) It's the coolest thing ever.  You simply pick your front and back cover and the dates of the post you want to print.  It will show you in a matter of minutes and then you order "Your" very own blog book.  Mine came in the mail on Tuesday.  It's so awesome to read my very first blog post from May 2008, not knowing that one day my life's story would be so public.  Not only did I share a lot of stuff, I shared a lot of stuff with you.

I truly put myself out there and guess what?  I don't regret one single word.  This thing started because I had some baggage to unpack and in doing so, I've completely freed myself from my past, my old beliefs and my old wounds.

I ordered one for each of my children so that they can read about their mom's contribution towards the blogsphere and also have a small legacy of who I used to be.  After all, I certainly don't have an inheritance to leave behind. (lol)

It's always nice to hear your wisdom. What is the link to the site you mentioned? That sounds like a great idea. In fact, a friend of mine has been bugging me about putting some of my posts in some type of book form (she's actually been compiling them), and now I read your post, wow.

GM my dear friend. I agree with your friend, your "stuff" needs to go to print. When I was a serious blogger, your site was a must read!

Love and miss you!

I still lurk around Careys blog regularly. I'm going to try this soon. I hope to begin posting something worth reading again. I read your blog from the beginning way back in 2009, and God has only added blessings since then. The inheritance for your children, it's here and it's growing.

Thanks for sharing your life.

Thanks for the info. That is awesome. I've thought about this idea myself to give copies to certain family and friends and others. But I decided it would be too much trouble. Now that you brought it to our attention I believe I will do just that.

It's amazing how much of ourselves we've all given over the years to the blogosphere. Like yourself, I wouldn't change a thing.

Dear beloved friends,

I am glad that through blogging, we have all crossed paths and our spirits will forever hold a special connection. Journaling is something that I simply cannot shake. It's apart of who I am and a big part of why I quietly make my rounds to each of your doorsteps ;-)

I am extremely grateful that you return the favor!
