His voice opens up to us at that one perfect moment?

I love this share. Yes, we are his flock and we follow him where ever he leads us. His voice familiar, even though we have not heard the actual sounds. I live for the day that he says to me, "Well done my dear daughter, well done."

Have a glorious Sunday sweet friend. Many hugs and so much love this morning. Thank you for blessing me. Sometimes I wished that I'd heard His voice as a child. But then again, He knew exactly when I'd finally "listen" and come to Him. Thank you for stopping by.

Don,
Your comment reminds me of a book I read once. The author talked about our childhood and the voices that we heard. Instantly upon hearing them, we knew that the person meant us no harm. For me, that was my Aunt Ruby. I felt safe with her.

Relief @ Christ overcoming the world-Amen and Amen!A Free Spirit Butterflyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15875209868146874354noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7734660318061945826.post-1465752430333553762012-03-09T15:06:42.837-05:002012-03-09T15:06:42.837-05:00Loved this.
As I sit and read this and the above...Loved this.

As I sit and read this and the above reader's comment I am reminded how as children we know our parents voice, opposed to the voice of a stranger in which we aren't too quick to trust.

I can't really say that I've ever experienced a moment where I'd actually heard his voice...but there are many spiritual moments (as we've discussed) where I understood the Bible is real, and felt profound joy AND relief in the fact that Jesus Christ overcame the world.Donhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02904024507867487521noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7734660318061945826.post-36580626280161987212012-03-08T13:04:19.731-05:002012-03-08T13:04:19.731-05:00Well this I can totally understand.
